When I was younger, I visited my grandparents often and the visit usually consisted of a trip to the local ice cream shop (probably where my love of sweets started), a ride with my grandfather on his tractor, and a visit from the neighborhood skincare woman. My grandmother was friends with her,  so I would always look forward to her visits so I could try on the makeup samples she always left me.

 

My passion for skincare started with those visits and a drive for knowledge helped me pursue receiving my Esthetic license.  When I first earned my license, I worked at a few local spas and I was not fulfilled. I opened Graceful Escapes because I was striving for a better connection with my clients. Running my own business has provided me with a unique opportunity to provide one on one attention to each of my clients, starting from when they reach out to me for the first time, to their first visit, to the custom advise I offer and rescheduling their next appointment. My passion and experience drive results for my clients with reversing damage to the skin with anti-aging treatments, treatments for dry/sensitized skin, hyperpigmentation, and acne.

 

What inspires me most about the services I offer is witnessing my clients see and feel the difference that a facial treatment or home care routine creates.  Seeing the tension melt away after a nurturing facial treatment, and finding newfound confidence that helps them hold their head a little higher.  These are the moments I live for! I am humbled to be able to create an experience where the client can relax, rejuvenate, and feel comfortable in their skin again.
