Cancellations
I understand that sudden unplanned events in life happen occasionally. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance either by text, email or both. In my desire to be fair and effective to all my clients the following policies must be honored: please give notice a minimum of 24 hours before canceling your appointment. This allows an opportunity for another client to fill the canceled appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment(s) cost if you choose to keep future appointments with me.
No-Shows
If you choose to not come in for your appointment without proper notification, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) that were reserved. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, I will give you a call or text to make sure everything is ok. I know life happens. However, if you no-show I reserve the right to request that you pay 50% of the missed appointment(s).
Appointment Etiquette

First-time clients, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for your initial consultation.

With return appointments, please arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment time. I absolutely don't like running late for any of my clients.

I allow a 10 minute grace period if you are running late. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate appointments after yours. Depending on how late you are, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of when we start, you will be charged for the full amount of the session. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
Prepaid Services/ Gift Cards/ Returning Products

Prepaid services and treatment packages are all prepaid and non-refundable. Existing funds in a canceled package or received in advance for services will remain available for application to future purchases of services only.

Gift Cards are like cash. They can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Unopened Product can be exchanged or returned for credit towards another product.
Spa Etiquette

Unfortunately, my insurance prohibits children, extra people or pets in the treatment room during your appointment. Service animals are always welcome. Services scheduled for children under 16 must be accompanied by the child's parent or guardian. Some mature teenagers receiving acne care may attend their own appointments independently at my discretion after the first, accompanied appointment.

Your appointment is your time to relax and unwind. Please leave your phone on silent as it takes away from the experience when it rings.
